Dubai’s real-estate market continues to generate significant transaction activity as the emirate moves through 2026.
On 27 August alone, Dubai recorded approximately AED 2.60 billion in ready and off-plan property transactions, with ready properties contributing around AED 1.92 billion and off-plan properties approximately AED 672 million.
The wider market picture is also encouraging. Dubai Land Department data shows that real-estate transactions reached AED 252 billion in Q1 2026, representing a 31% year-on-year increase in transaction value. Investment reached AED 173 billion across 57,744 transactions.
Together, these figures underline the continued depth and activity of Dubai’s property ecosystem — from established communities and ready homes to new off-plan opportunities.
