Dubai’s real estate story continues to evolve from rapid investor-led growth toward a more mature, long-term property market.
The latest weekly market data recorded 2,663 property deals worth approximately AED 5 billion between 20 and 26 August, with off-plan transactions representing around 70.5% of activity. Premium areas including Business Bay, Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah continue to attract significant interest.
Analysts also point to population growth, international investment and changes to property-visa rules as important factors supporting the market during the second half of 2026.
The bigger story is increasingly about Dubai as a place to live, work and build long-term wealth — not simply a short-term investment destination.
