Dubai continues to lead the future of smart mobility with the launch of its first fully integrated AI-powered smart bus station at Mall of the Emirates. Developed by Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), the futuristic transport hub combines artificial intelligence, sustainability, and round-the-clock digital services to enhance public transportation across the city.
The station is directly connected to the Mall of the Emirates Metro Station on the Red Line, allowing commuters to move smoothly between Metro services, buses, and taxis. Currently serving 11 bus routes — including Metro feeder, internal, and seasonal routes — the smart station strengthens connectivity between residential communities, commercial districts, and key tourist destinations across Dubai.
Designed as part of Dubai’s wider smart city vision, the station aims to reduce waiting times, improve passenger flow, and encourage greater use of public transport through advanced digital infrastructure and intelligent mobility solutions. The project reflects Dubai’s ongoing commitment to innovation, sustainability, and creating a world-class urban transport experience.
