Dubai’s real estate sector continues to demonstrate strong development momentum. According to data released by the Dubai Land Department, 104 real estate projects were completed during the first half of 2026, compared with 75 during the same period in 2025.
The combined investment value of those completed projects exceeded AED 111 billion, up from AED 73 billion in H1 2025 — a 52% increase. The figures highlight the scale of ongoing development across Dubai and point to continued investor confidence in the emirate’s property ecosystem.
Dubai is also continuing to modernise the way property ownership and investment work. This week, the Dubai Land Department highlighted smart services, real-estate data solutions, digital services and initiatives designed to improve transparency and make property ownership easier.
